Hey, I know not everyone here @ Big Soccer is in the US of A, so let me take advantage of that & ask this question. It would have been nice if it was.

i would assume yes... i know that there is a channel in england that shows our games of the week... so i would assume that they would also get this match... however it is delayed a few days (not quite sure when they actually get to see them)

Oh, I didn't know they showed MLS games of the week in England. That's 1 country I didn't really expect. I sort-of expected Mexico, Canada, & Puerto Rico for beginners. (but maybe the Mexicans are still mad) :)

The Mexican's began their domestic season today. Seven matches going. I doubt that our "All-Star" game would make many inroads.

Coverage in Canada: up to 6pm, so we get like 60-65 minutes of actual play since we don't have ESPN...

Yeah, I think that Channel Five will probably be showing the All-Star game here in the UK, but MLS has a terrible time-slot on the channel, around 3am, and thats recorded..

I will keep my eyes peeled for the All-Star broadcast.

As mentioned, there's a weekly MLS broadcast at 3 or 4 in the morning. I don't have a television here, so I've never watched it.

I know that when I was in Israel the past 2 summers, they showed an MLS game each week (on Saturday I believe). It was on ESPN (some Euro version. They still showed sportscenter and baseball, though). Maybe they showed the game.

Yeah the All star game was shown last night (Thurs night) at about 3am on Channel 5.
Tend to get 1 MLS game per week.
Listings say Dallas v Chicago next week.

Ah right, so basically we have a 5 day delay.
Not great when one's trying to avoid a result. The 24 hr rule on here doesn't work great. :)
Interestingly, even on British TV, MLS has less television coverage than baseball!
Also the listings gave the all-star match as the west v. east. So you never really know what you'll get. But then it is channel 5.

And as an aside, get rid of the Veronica woman!!
There is absolutely no point to her. She just talks over the events that are happening on the pitch. Talking about hairstyles with that guy who looked like he was in Deuce Bigalow during the allstar game was just painful. I know it was the allstar game but please, bin her!

Well, I wasn't able to see the game down in the Balkans, but it did get some coverage on World Sport on CNN Europe. Highlights and all that. So that was nice.

    Blasphemy!!

Actually, it appears there's no middle ground with Veronica Paysee. People either love or hate her.

She really only has two uses: she seems to enjoy the game (which is important in the American football climate), and, IMO, makes for some decent eye candy. I thought she was going to molest Landon Donovan last week though.

Actually, I was more worried about Rob Stone. He was the one who was getting all touchy-feely with everyone.

Lol, yes that's right, I forgot about that.

She was very interested in how hot and sweaty he was.
Just go ahead and lick it off dear!!.

It was also funny the way the said interview was just cut off midflow because the pictures went to something else.

True about the eye candy, but I can watch other stuff if I want that - ;)
    She's just a bit unnecessary.
But then again, I don't have to worry about it that much.
Ray Stubbs, Mark Lawrenson and Stan Collymore were passing around a mackerel today on football focus on BBC today - just to give you a measure of what should happen in a football programme :p
    Now that's entertainment!
