Wow. Hope everyone is doing okay. It definitely sounds like crazy times for you and the fam, but if it would be a helpful distraction or perhaps a way to have some fun, you should still consider joining. Same for anyone else who didn't get to it yet. There are only 3 in the league currently---Tarv, DizzyAndDaffy, and me. I had mentioned to Tarv late yesterday that we could restart next week by subtracting the first week scores. Also, since the Sofascore format doesn't do head2head, I was thinking we could create our own H2H manually, and it may make sense to delay that a week or two anyway, as we learn the tactics of this new format and get a few more teams in... Join if it makes sense, and take care.
I'll join, my son's too obsessed with Minecraft and Roblox now to join, but I'll plan to join. Maybe with 4 teams we can still do HTH league? But either way it will be good to join this, I'll plan to sign up today
actually, it might be by tomorrow that I'll sign up. Snow is starting here now so probably won't have time today, but by tomorrow I should hopefully be able to (they're predicting 1ft of snow here, but hoping it's less)
Sounds good. Maybe you hire him.as your Director of Scouting and Operations for a team effort as a way to keep him involved..... And, hopefully we can still pull in PPR and trickytrees to get to 6, but we can figure out a way to do a modified H2H even if it's only 4 or 5. **To the extent anyone else who hasn't participated before would like to join and see MLS or just check out a different fantasy outlet, let me know. Some of the rules are crazy (or at least that's my reaction because they are so different), but there are some cool bells and whistles and they do operate in other leagues, including Premier League and Champions League.
sorry guys things are still a bit too crazy for me to join up on this. Wish I had the time but can barely have time to manage my team on the all rocks EPL let alone joining another fantasy league, so I'm going to have to pass on this this season. For next season I'll plan to get a jump on the MLS fantasy site where hopefully they'll have the the old fantasy MLS system back (not sure why they changed it, why fix it if it wasn't broken?) but just want to be honest and transparent that I don't really have time to dedicate to another fantasy league right now and wouldn't make sense to create a team and then not be able to manage it, so just wanted to be upfront about that. Thanks and as mentioned I'll try to get our MLS all-rockstars league going again next season, when hopefully things will be more back to normal (without insane weather and house/heating problems like this winter has been), thanks
