yep, and announce whether the player you drop when you pick is still active and thus able to be drafted by others.

You also have to have enough money for each pick but you can drop more than one player before the draft, or on your pick, to acheive that status and any active players are immediatly in the draft pool and can be picked by others or you later if you want

if you want to keep an eliminated player already on your team for budget reasons you can, but once dropped they are gone for good as are all other eliminated players.

It's how we did it before I think, not sure how it could be otherwise, , unless we wanted to send all dropped players to the post-draft free for all, which I am open to if we have a consensus on that
