Yet he will still get called up ahead of proven strikers like Milan Duric.

Demirovic only 1 goal so far in the Bundesliga. Not looking too good but keep in mind he only had handful of starts. Most of his appearances have came off the bench late in game. Still not good enough tho

Demirovic scored 1 goal in the tie with Leipzig. Only his 2nd goal of the season .

I'm positive they are getting rid of him at the end of the season, no striker in Bundesliga history has stayed more than a season or two at most after scoring so few goals.

just checked to see how some of our younger attacking players are doing and the future doesnt look to bright for us..

Demirovic still only has 2 measly league goals this season. Prevljak in the Belgium league only 9 goals in 30 matches. So once Dzeko retires we will have no threat up front.

The defense isnt looking too good either. Ahmedhozic;s Bordeaux is on the path to regulation. They only have 4 league games left and must win them all. Hadzikadunic is back in the Swedish league.

Krunic lately has been mainly used as a sub for Milan and Milan has a very good chance to win the Scudetto this season as long as they dont lose the remaining 4 games.

Prevljak given his two goals in Kazakhstan and his past seasons at RB Salzburg deserves to still be called up but I don't want to see Demirovic ever again for the time being. Either way, the lack of proper strikers was painfully obvious against Finland and Ukraine which is why Milan Djuric should have been called up. He has scored more goals this season for a struggling Salernitana in Italy than Demirovic has for a solid Freiburg side in the last 2 seasons.

Demirovic reinforced your point after missing an open goal and the last PK for DFB Pokal pk shootout on Saturday.

God help us if this the future man leading our line.

Oh but he will be the future man leading our line, mark my words. All the other ones are old and out of depth including Dzeko.
