🚨 Vinícius Jr. has announced that through his institute, he is launching a FULLY FREE law firm to combat racial crimes in Brazil.👏 pic.twitter.com/hiEFFy73vx— Madrid Zone (@theMadridZone) May 14, 2026 A hero off and on field!
Vini has an institute, sponsors, partners, global profile and actual structure behind this. But RM bigsoccer finance department has reviewed the balance sheet and concluded antiracism is fiscally irresponsible. Funny how every time vini does something decent off the pitch, some of you immediately start acting like concerned accountants.
and yet with “nothing” I still managed to make you rage quote half a sentence like a man fighting for custody of his last brain cell.
Just because I take out the garbage doesn't mean I identify with it in any way. But even though it stinks, you have to do it.
I really don't care a out Vini, I only care about Real Madrid but there was criticism on him from a few of you guys here about him not caring about racism in general and only caring about himself (that in itself I think is a bit silly). Now that he does something like this there's still not even an acknowledgement that it's a good thing? Let's try to be a bit subjective.
People are dicks dude, they just are. Posting dumbass unfunny memes 24/7. Clown shit. Good for Vini, even if something like this isn’t a perfect outing or doesn’t last forever he is at least doing something with his $/fame to try and help some people.
He can take his entire money and give it to the homeless, would be a great thing but i would still say that's how you go bankrupt as an athlete. When you're as young as he is you don't have much of an idea how much you'll earn or need long term.
you voluntarily picked through the sentence, clipped three words, replied instantly, and now you’re acting like you got assigned cleanup duty.Whole interaction had a baboon with a thesaurus energy.
Thats a good move by him. Hopefully it helps enough people to deter racial discrimination, although its still treating the symptoms of the disease. Maybe it would be best if he actually moved back to play in Brazil. His influence off the pitch would be much bigger, could really make an impact for the cause.
Nothing from @Lyra about Perez declaring mbappe is the best player in Real Madrid and that negotiations is kinda not happening. Perez is bringing vinicious down to earth.
Lyra could argue there is nothing from you (or others) about Florentino saying the last two CLs are thanks to Vinicius. That's almost half of barca's glorious history.
So in one thread we pretend like Florentino is a fool and his words are a sign that he lost his fastball but over here they are being discussed as if they are the first copy of the Gutenberg Bible. How does that make sense.
Good on Vini for investigating investing in helping his community I’ll never criticize anyone for charity, no matter what type or how big. Racism is alive and thriving more than ever it seems with this rise of right winged populism so anything to counter is a welcomed and should be applauded
You can certainly do good and still be irresponsible to yourself. When Leverkusen were sort of the leaders in scouting Brazilian players, i remember hearing that the local community would always stretch their hands out for help, to where at some point guys have to make hard decisions because this sport thing is not forever, and Leverkusen players didn't earn infinite amount of money no matter how much it looked like to somebody else. Clubs and agents sort of intervened to not have players build children hospitals, schools, etc. that the community should be spending tax payer money to build. When i hear about young players giving money out of their pocket to everybody i worry about that kind of social pressure.
Given the size of Vinny’s entourage, management team and support infrastructure, he’s well on his way to going bankrupt. Why do you think he’s pushing so hard for the massive wage increase? If he wasn’t so polarizing as a personality he’d make far more in endorsements. But yeah, Joga Bonito and all that.
