The most infuriating thing for me of all of these clips is that he was wearing the captain armband. I can understand when it is just not your best day, but obviously there is nearly 0 effort put by him.
Whatever statistical aspect these numbers are meant to represent (league performance, UCL goalscoring over the past however many years, games in 2026, etc.), they simply do not correspond to any other source.
Try this then 🚨 Most chances created in a single La Liga season by a Real Madrid player since 19/20:70 — Arda Guler (25/26)68 — Vinicius Jr (21/22)67 — Toni Kroos (20/21)65 — Vinicius Jr (25/26)65 — Luka Modric (24/25)64 — Vinicius Jr (22/23)63 — Kylian Mbappe (25/26)⭐️ @MadridMuse pic.twitter.com/kNHJak30yP— Madrid Zone (@theMadridZone) May 13, 2026 Takes a special kind of racist or smooth surface brained person to not appreciate such a quality player
Lol so you're still living off something from 4 seasons ago? Keep riding that nostalgia train like it's the the clubs only trophy this season
@Lyra, you are confusing matters. No one is questioning his elite football skills. Thing is Vini Jr being a captain is a joke. He can't control himself in matches and is being targeted by 98% of the teams we play because of that. How would you expect him to handle the whole team on the field? And that is one side of the things - the other is visible from all of the clips that boeder posted. He looks totally uninterested in most of the plays - tries some training flicks, doesn't bother to press at times or does it like a headless chicken at others. What example of a leader is that for the rest of the team when you can clearly see Jude being pissed off of his attitude in the game?
He is still elite talent and produces incredible stuff but the other problem is that he is super inconsistent and you can't rely on him. He is either Cristiano Ronaldo level (without finishing) or Julien Faubert.
What are we even trying to achieve on this or the Mbappe thread? No one is changing the minds of the other side so it just becomes a cesspool of ridiculous posts that are basically trolling
So he can stroll around the pitch without a shred of shame while Barcelona run laps around our midfield and defense, then seal LaLiga at El Clasico for the first time ever. HONOR HIM! pic.twitter.com/InwfGIg20L— Taqi Al-Lawati (@taqi_allawati) May 13, 2026 Asencio and Olmo were shoving each other around. Junior comes sprinting, furious he missed the dressing room fight club at Valdebebas. Asencio then trips over beachball boy's legs and suddenly the chaos merchant has his moment. Grande Capitano! Useless when the team needs football at the Camp Nou but first in line whenever there's drama to escalate. Then he gives us the tearful "I just want to play football" speech *sniff sniff*
Vini complaining while subbing off 8 months ago clearly caused Florentino some traumatic brain damage. Thus that press conference is the fault of the Brazilian jk I couldn’t resist
You know why i keep saying that he's the face of the team and the club, and if you didn't, yesterday, you learned.
Let's see if they renew him this summer meeting the demands of his agency. Renewal talks started two summers ago.
The press conference of course which was in the same manner and tone as the press conference he gave re:Vini and Balon d'Or. It's just that the majority felt like the club was being done hard by so they agreed with his wild statements, now that they don't they call for mom. Doesn't work like that i'm afraid. If you stood by the madness before, you stand by the madness now.

🚨 Florentino Pérez: “There is no rush to renew Vinicius contract, we have all season to talk”.“You think I’m in charge of everything, but that’s the sporting director’s job”.“He is one of the best players of Real Madrid. Vini WON us the last Champions League”. pic.twitter.com/1MgemhgjCq— Fabrizio Romano (@FabrizioRomano) May 13, 2026 Sounds like we're going to ride out his contract
Vini wants the contact he thinks he would have got if he won the ballon d'or. It has little to do with whoever the coach is. He cannot accept that he is not is the same player, nor that he missed his opportunity for a mega contract. He is stuck in the past, and has been for the last couple years. He is now basically banking on a good world cup.
Junior's current package includes the Ballon D'Or bonus that was in his contract; the club is pretending he won it.
Yes, but he wanted to use winning it as leverage for a new mega contract. Not just the current bonus.
He's not wrong. Vini won is the last ucl. At the same time does he deserve the contract he asks for? Idk I'm not inside club finances, but he's one of our most valuable assets and he's been dragged down along with the rest of the team in last two seasons.
I think so. From a business standpoint, only the Saudis would offer Vinícius Jr. a salary he'd be willing to accept. PSG and Manchester City have no need for a left-sided player, and his current wages already exceed every player on the rosters of Liverpool, Bayern Munich, and Manchester United. Those clubs won't break the bank for a player widely disliked either. Of course, there are x factor such as Paris FC or Newcastle suddenly decide to inject more money or another oil club coming along. But don't get me wrong. I still think he is a bankable star in Madrid, but he won't draw the interests from the other big clubs. Perez can play the waiting game. He knows the market better than anyone. With no serious bidding war from Europe's elite, the leverage stays in Madrid. Pérez will offer Vinícius a raise—but only on the club's terms. It will be a "Sergio Ramos" type of deal—take it or leave it. But if he has a Ballon D'or type of performance next season.... then, I will worry later.
The only hope we have is Chelsea or United. But even that is a long shot. Unfortunately we’re stuck in this bad marriage for another 5 years.
