Álvaro Arbeloa: "I have huge respect and love for fans at the Bernabéu but whistling and booing Vini Jr. makes our team WEAKER."

This soft shit isn't gonna cut it at this club.

Arbeloa is one heavy defeat away of never speaking into that microphone again, so he's making it count. I don't see why anybody would be upset about him selling out this much.

The fans don't wanna listen to this nonsense man lol these guys are so soft.

Vini has "Mentality" tattooed on his back, and pictures of Cristiano and Kobe in his home gym. He needs to draw inspiration from those guys and bounce back. It's pathetic how everybody is coddling him.

Álvaro Arbeloa: "How is Vinicius Jr.? I wish the Bernabéu supports ALL our players. Vini has been writing history here. He gave us 2 UCL titles. He NEEDS the Bernabéu and the fans support to show his best version. He is an emotional guy, he loves this club, the fans. I want the Bernabéu to support him."

He loves this club so much he destabilized our season when we were atop the table. Spare me the BS. I'm tired of this guy trying to sell us bullshit.

I'm not saying it's time to pull the tinfoil hats out, but...

Did any person whose paycheque isn't tied to Florentino come out to say how Vini is a "good boy" after the whistlegate happened? Not that it matters or changes the baseline, but I'm curious.

Cultists having a meltdown because Bernabeu called out spoiled brat behaviour. Emotional at HT, angry walk off at FT. All the drama. :D

Some still think that an irrelevent and invisible coach like Xabi Alonso who was here for just 7 months and achieved nothing is worth burning down the Bernabeu and destroying players who almost single-handedly gave this club multiple trophies only recently.

Don't worry they will change their tune soon just in time. The cognitive dissonance is going to be brutal for them :D

You don't win over Socios with spoiled brat behaviour. They are the ones who stay and own the club even when Vini is off to Saudi or wherever. Only chance he gets to stay is by changing his toxic attitude.

Cultists can fearmonger how much RM will miss a dude who's causing drama while scoring once in 21 games as a regular starter.

Players with historical level contribution were replaced at this club let alone Brazilian expiry date dudes as hector used to call players with this mentality. Missing hector right now.

Yet fans have been boing Vini ever since his pathetic reaction towards the coach. You can cry about it from main account and burner. Easy to figure out which is the main account lol. Not Lyra btw.

Situation will only change if Vini starts performing and be coachable.

I dont really care about his attitude or his sportsmanship, I don't really like him or many of the players on our team tbh so doesn't really matter to me. I just don't like that he hasn't been good on the field for some time. Even if he was a top professional with little drama, I would also be booing at the Bernabeu after the 3rd misguided and completely expected dribble fails, or if he does that ridiculous side footed shot into the far side that never works.

His shooting has also went back to comical level of first 3 seasons here. No signs that he's been working to improve his skills while showing an ego like he owns this club. No wonder Socios had enough of it.

When you have no arguments...the classic "you're using a burner account" "this guy is a bot".

    Yeah I'm actually Florentino's burner account. :D

I'm not a regular poster like you guys but I've been here for quite a few years.

These people losing their minds because the new coach is trying to follow Ancelotti and Zidane's playbook for success.

I don't even understand how supporting a player is bad. The guy messed up, the fans gave it to him and now it's time to move forward.

If they want to boo anyone they should get creative with JAS.

True. These lot are acting like arbeloa just endorsed tax fraud. Carlo and ZZ didn’t win by publicly flogging their best attackers. They won by insulating the stars, cooling the noise, and also letting talent breathe until it explodes at the same time.

If you want to act a moral judge and jury, go boo the sporting director or the boardroom ghosts since they’re the ones who actually make the structural decisions.
They just love acting like we just sacked a treble winning legend who built a dynasty, not a dude who floated through seven months then lost the room, bricked a Clasico and left behind a squad running in mud.

And for that they want Vini and Mbappe fed to the volcano while they kiss the memory of ball circulation that never actually showed up. :D
Its a funny word coming from someone who treats every Vini reaction like prestige television. Arbeloa and the club backing him has yall more rattled than anything that actually happened on the pitch.

Enabling Vini's diva attitude won't be good for this club. Fans will kick out such players and failing management eventually but will cost us 2-3 seasons without trophies.

Player fans hue and cry when they leave and then move on once we are back winning with new players.

2/3 trophyless seasons are not caused by one winger with attitude, they come from talent drain and mediocre decision makers. The only hue and cry pattern here is "fans" doing annual purges in head then jumping on the parade float the minute the same type of player you complained about lifts a cup. Such a classic.

I supported Vini when he was a raw talent and few in the forum believed in him. You were then hating on Vini and how Hazard from Sanitas FC starting over him was good for this club.

I don't support Vini's behaviour this season and that attitude won't help him focus on rediscovering his form either.

Everyone was a visionary in hindsight. You can dislike his attitude this season, that’s normal. Form dips, tempers flare n frustration leaks out. but you turned “he’s been shaky” into a full personality indictment and now you’re trying to launder it through nostalgia.

Supporting him when he was raw doesn’t give you a free pass to talk down to him now like you raised him in La Fabrica. Prime competitors aint no zen monks. They’re flawed lunatics who bend games.

Funny that perfectly describes what you did while dissing Vini for "superstar" washed Hazard and then Vini ends up helping RM win trophies from a raw winger who couldn't score.

Now Vini has superstar status and like bee to honey you have to defend his bad habits that can ruin his career at top level. He just has to look at few Brazilian superstars before him to realize that.

It's good at least you acknowledge he is a superstar :D I thought he was a finished guy that not even Saudi wanted? Also, even back then, I never dissed vini the way you lot have been abusing him.

Nice try, but you want the moral victory of being the guy who “warned” everyone. So you frame any pushback as blind worship, because it keeps you in the righteous seat.

He's been a superstar since 2021. RM fans want him to perform like 2021-24 not create internal drama while scoring once in 21 games. Like Akram said, biggest issue is that he isn't performing either.
