He got ten times worse. Nothing works. He really does make every wrong decision that he possibly can. He has Carreras overlapping him all game and then he goes and shoots which actually looks like a cross right into Donnarumma's hands. My favorite was when he got the ball deep in the box from Jude who again, made an overlapping run to the left but Vini didn't know what to do and froze. He eventually passed the ball to Jude but it was too late. To make matters worse the moron ran deeper into the box taking both defenders with him and right into Jude's passing lane. He could have rectified his first mistake if he was smart enough to stay put for a cut back. I've never seen a dumber player than him. He really is retarded.

Yup, i say it once again, it's how he plays, whether his FB is attacking like Alvaro or defensive like Ferland, overlapping runs be damned, all the noise back then about him being isolated and having to be up against 2 and 3 players was funny to me, he thrived on that, likes the ball at his feet, now, not so much, far far too predictable. He'll always attack and attack but now he's a bit of a turnover machine, it's just not coming off often enough, he clearly does not link with the FB on his side, never has, no matter who plays there and i imagine, unless strictly ordered to do so more than he does (unlikely to happen) he never will, he likes his space, all that dreaming about Davies and Vin combining, i never got it....
