i dont like when vini is going after fifa soccer game goals. it doesent always have to be finesse shot.
Instead of taking selfies with Cristiano, he should be watching tapes of Cristiano and his finishing 24-7 if he wants to improve.
Amount of hate Vini gets from some of you is astounding. He’s one of the top wingers in the world playing on a team who centralizes their attack through him at a pretty young age on one of if not the most demanding clubs in the sport. If he was on another team the same ppl would be clamoring to sign him. Watch him flourish even more with some proper RW and FB support when we finally solve those riddles.
Each time Vini has a chance, lines one up, we don’t think he could score it, it’s now become please don’t miss it. That is where we are with Vini.
📊 Vinicius is the most fouled player in the top 5 European leagues this season. He was fouled 81 times. @OptaJose #rmalive pic.twitter.com/asW9SVrWWY— Madrid Zone (@theMadridZone) January 20, 2023
Ridiculous the treatment he gets from referees, but I also think he does try to look for contact sometimes. You cant control how shit or biased referees are, but if you always attempt plays to win a foul then you are risking losing the ball at a dangerous spot and killing our attacking flow. Against Villarreal in the second half you can tell he was 10x more dangerous because he seemed a bit more focused in turning the game around (and possibly because Foyth wasnt marking him anymore).
1617794423865344001 is not a valid tweet id "Madridistas that are more annoyed with me calling Athletic players kittens than Athletic fans saying that Vinicius went to San Mames to provoke them. The problem isn't outside, it's within Madrid".
🗣️ Guti: “I think Viní Jr pays too much attention to the referees & fans.”— Madrid Xtra (@MadridXtra) January 25, 2023
Half story. Guti forgot the part where Vinicius is still in his early 20s and gets little protection from the referees, our club and even some of our fans. It's crazy that we as a world expect the individual to be better than the organizations and collective. Especially when that individual is 22 (what the hell were you like at that age Guti/others??), yet the organization, referees, media and fans are all much older, senior and supposedly the mature ones.
Thing is, it's affecting his game, and that's on the officials who aren't taking action but also on him for letting it get to his game. Every away stadium he now gets the same taunts, and every RB roughs him up and trash talks him, and it throws off his game. In the Bilbao game he completely gave up after 20 min. Maybe Rodrygo should get a couple of games at LW till things calm down a bit.
I don't think Guti is saying that Vinny should totally ignore how he is being treated and never confront the problem. I think he is saying that he can't let it become a burden mentally, focus on what you can control and don't worry about what the critics think. Vinny's clout comes from on field success, without that he doesn't have the same platform. He needs to remember that when deciding how much "change" he really wants to be a part of.
🎙️| Pablo Maffeo (Mallorca player): "Maybe it's not that we all hate Vinicius, it's that there's a reason why. When you're hot and he tells you you're going down to the 2nd division, it stings, it stings inside." @partidazocope #rmalive— Madrid Zone (@theMadridZone) January 25, 2023 🎙️| Pablo Maffeo: “At school they told me that I misbehaved, so I went & told my mom. She said ‘It’s not possible that all teachers say that, you must’ve done something wrong.’ I think the same thing happens with Vinicius.” @marca #rmalive pic.twitter.com/2aVgHMxrIb— Madrid Zone (@theMadridZone) January 25, 2023
Too much media distraction for Vinni, he needs to get his head back to the game as we are entering the crucial phase of the season, we need him to be at his best.

Imagine how stupid this guy is talking about how much it stings that someone told him he is a lesser player in a sport while criticizing another for being unhappy with how people are racially abusing him. Dumb ass

Every bad thing that happens in this league is by its own making. When you realize that the problem isn't Man City or PSG, it isn't the Glazers or the new Chelsea owner. They are a scapegoat for a League and federation that seems clueless on how to create a high quality product. It's a domestic problem that cheapens the product. A group of people (fans and functionaries alike) too comfortable for change, too comfortable to be accountable and accept any wrong doing. Still papering over flaws with local pit pat politics.
Spanish journalists (among them a DAZN commentator) running stories of how disrespectful Vinicius is and that he's a menace/referees can't stand him. Very nice. And yet people still think football is kind of rigged vs Madrid. Brother, Spanish football is rigged against itself. Imagine pursuing Bellingham being in this miserable league.
