Wow, I was really hoping that Estudiantes would butt rape AL. But like always, I rarely get what I want when it comes to sports. Props to AL though, Aguirre and others really seemed to have been on steroids tonight. AL definitely looked like the best peruvian team today.

It was the best peruvian performance I have ever witnessed. I really won't get my hopes up though for the upcoming games; I have always felt disappointed after a good peruvian performance. Worst case scenario would be that AL goes New Orleans Saints on me.

He can be a game decider but I would not change anybody in this team. Maybe, just maybe Vilchez instead of Solis. But that's just me.

many people wanted Ciego to be in the NT, but he doesnt have "it" anymore, Rivera is also going downhill, Reynoso and Costas are right now the best coaches in the Liga Peruana so far..

Oblitas isn't a coach anymore, so that's out of the question. You can't judge a pre-season and a game to say that Rivera "doesn't have it in him anymore."

All I'm saying is that while today's game was spectacular for us, we shouldn't take things to extremes. We still need a good international coach with NT experience to guide this piece of shit NT.

Great day by Alianza, again, and have a good day guys.:)

I wouldn't go hiring people just after one good game; lets see how the rest of the CL goes. For all we know Aurich may rape AL and then go downhill from there.

I agree, there have been some Peruvian games were Peruvian teams played well such as Cienciano vs Boca(some years back), Peru tying Brasil, Argentina etc. People proceeded to hype everything up and got disappointed in the end. This performance looked promising but I would just rather wait and not go overboard. Hopefully that fast goal Estudaintes scored might mean a curse has been lifted.;)

Montano is still quality. Alianza would be dumb to let him go.

Quinteros, Trujillo, Joel Sanchez, Alexander Sanchez, Montano, Neyra (en el Descentralizado). That's a lot of real good offensive mids.

With that kind of bench they can rest their starters and make a good run in the Cup.

GRANDE PERU!!

well if the team can peform like that without himor to a similar level since last night was just out of this world for peruvian club futbol, then clearly he isnt needed, it could be a sign that the so called search for a number 10 is pointless and its better to get a team that dosnt rely on one player pulling the strings

plus they could cash in on Jonnier

the key to improve our NT i to improve the quality of our league and Reynoso and Costas are more valuable in that area for the moment

    Bien carasho, bien bien!!!

Felicitaciones a petit renard.
