Yea. Makes sense. Teams are only allowed to have 4 extranjeros, right? So we would then have 3 extranjeros. Martel Perez Leal ??? Hopefully our 4th extranjero will be a quality CB and not some washed up Argentine forward.
Re: Alianza Lima 2006 Part 3 [R] This the cristal guy right, how the f did we end up with him. I better start watching more quarto poder
Re: Alianza Lima 2006 Part 3 [R] Cienciano has 4? Lugo (Paraguayan) Chara (Colocho) Vilarete (Colocho) Ramon Rodriguez (Charrua) http://soccernet.espn.go.com/team?id=4814&cc=5901
Re: Alianza Lima 2006 Part 3 [R] That's what I meant. You can have 4 extranjeros in the ROSTER but you cant field them all at the same time.
Re: Alianza Lima 2006 Part 3 [R] Im sure its 3 foreigners on the matchday squad, meaning only 3 extranjeros can go to a game (on field or bench). A club can have 6 foriegners in total. Good thing is that CL and CS have no limitations on foreign spots.
Re: Alianza Lima 2006 Part 3 [R] Really? I didnt know the rules had changed. Let's pull an Arsenal and field 11 extranjeros in la Copa then.
Villalta seems to be heading to Alianza to replace the retiring Pepe Soto in 2007 http://www.todosport.com.pe/hoy/indice.asp?strname=TSAlianza01 they also mention Alianzas wish list Marino, Leal, Charapa, Joel Herrera and Sotil Wally Sanchez would be going back to Matute
i liked him at cristal..he still would be a good squad player but with jayo and ciurlizza there i dont see the point..they should promote some kid
Los nuevos Potrillos Raimond Manco, Christoper Soto y Jair Baylón will travel to Argentina to train with River's U-16 team. http://www.elbocon.com.pe/Alianza Lima_desarrollo.php?nota_id=9625¬a_seccion=
