damm i go out, and return to see that they scored another one on us. Typical peruvian football defect, play allrigth but des-concentrate in the last minutes, and the opponent takes the victory. Their second goal probably came when Alianza was trying to attack and left spaces at the back. Still, we are not better than Boca even if we bit them, and are not the worse of the world now that we lost. First official match of both teams, us without Saritama, Marino, our defender reinforcement and Maestri, Im willing to give this team a chance. It is likely that their two goals came up of a lack of physical resistance (last minutes of second half), and being the circumtances, that is expected. Holding a draw until the 85' minutes is not bad, considering this team (Boca) just won the Copa. Still, at least is better than losing 2-0 against FAS of El Salvador.

Yesterday, Telemundo passed the game, and I gotta say, I thought they did much worse. We can't go that hard on the GRONES because it is their first pre-season game, and against Boca. I liked Viza, not only did he try to create offensive opportunities, but he also helped out the defense. Guizazola had a good game too, just like his brother, their both fast, and skillful. Back in the U-23 tournament in Chile, the Guizazola Brothers along with Paolo Guerrero were the best in the squad. Hopefully Uribe uses them in the WCQ. I didn't catch the first half, so I didn't know how Carlos Elias played, did he do any good?? Let's remember, Elias and Baylon, along with Manco were the stars in Alianza's youth teams.
el pocho insua, castroman, I also heard they got Rodrigo Lopez (Libertad's best player in Libertadores). America spends the big bucks. Good luck http://www.peru.com/futbol/AutoNoticias/FutbolPortada/2007/07/17/DetalleNoticia92007.asp
