US with the 12-6 advantage in shots -- but none in the last 20 minutes. :(

Can someone give me a link to the KK thread? I am totally lost! This is the first time I've ever left it and I'm scared!

    RE: Why Aly didn't start

    Possibilities:
    1) Small injury or sick.
    2) April wanted to use most of this match as a scenario if Wagner was unavailable to play. Giving Tarpley a looksee.

    Put in Abigail!

    depends on the season
know what? the one great thig about matchtracker is that we can use our imaginations and test ourselves to see how well we know our team. of course there is no way to check it but i can just see the set up that gets ms. hooper offsides for the um 50th time.

mmm, ok, so my sense of humor is really underdeveloped on midterm week sleep. gimme a break!!!!!

79th: Hamm cross from the right to O'Reilly at far post, but her header hits the side netting.

    That can be fun, too.

The US's lack of creative play must be frustrating to the vets who were accustomed to playing high pressure creative soccer for many years.

Looks like the Matchtracker person is getting tired. Whoever's doing it needs to do more wind sprints.

    wasted space

My Matchcrapper didn't work either... overloaded? Maybe half the women's soccer fans in the world are using it.

83rd: U.S. free kick from 40 yards out, directly in front of goal...

Chastain chips the ball out of bounds on the free kick.

From the report it seems that the goal came as the result of HIGH PRESURE not the waiting passing that the US has done for most of their games for the last few years.

    I HOPE April notices.

    *breathes a sigh of relief*

Down a goal to Canada is not a nice way to start the day.

Of course it's Aly coming up big for the US. :)
