What will you watch if baseball strikes? Last I saw soccer was @ 12%
It's halfway down the page. Gives a pretty crappy view of soccer in the article.

that's because they quoted Frank Deford of all people, he's an idiot.

    anyways, voted...still at 12%.

Let's put the BigSoccer poll-stuffing engine into motion!

Keep voting people. There are only about 4,000-5,000 votes tallied and their are over 20,000 users here on this site. Can we get this poll to other forums?

Ahead of the NBA and NHL. the fact that they don't conflich with basball might have a bit to do with that?

Do we really WANT these people watching our football? Don't we have certain standards to uphold? :)

.. as in misspelling 'conflict' and 'baseball.' I'm a fine example!

BEGGARS CANNOT BE CHOOSERS -- we soccer fans in this country are like beggars; we should welcome anybody with open arms.

    Nascar 52% (wha'?)
    NBA 3%
    NFL 27%
    Soccer 14%
    Extreme Sports 4%

Not too shabby really. I mean, we better beat NBA since there is hardly any overlap with baseball. Its definitely good that we're staying ahead of Extreme sports. I don't understand that Nascar thing at all.

    Yes, vote for soccer.

Because if you vote for soccer, everyone will see how popular it is and fall in love with it, and all the silly people who voted for other sprots will change their minds.

  15. At least that article totally bashed the wnba.

I got my vote in. Now just have to cast the votes for Betty Humpter, Hugh G. Rection, Heywood Jablomey, Howie Feltersnatch, and Rosie Palm and her five sisters.

I'm surprised they even put soccer on the ballot. It would be more like them to just leave it off.

Just what could be so fun about watching cars go around in circles for like a million laps?
