Aghahowa ready to quit football

    Hopefully, his club will do the right thing and abandon their dreams that Julius can carry them to the promised land. Just sell him, get a big transfer fee, let him escape the misery he's in, and maybe as he says get some young, inexperienced players who need development and who are not as likely to have offers to go other places, thus making them hungry just to play with whoever is offering them a shot.
    I hope Agahowa can get his love, thrill, passion, etc. for the game back. It'd be a same to see a player with his raw talent throw away some of his best footballing years because of one bad situation.
    A chat with some of his more experienced compatriots (Oliseh, Okocha, Yekini, Amokachi, Babayaro to name a few) who've dealt with the ups and downs of playing in different countries, teams, etc. might help him to see the light and reconsider.
