That's my understanding, yes, and I think that was the multiplier that properly verified actual points shifts when I ran back-of-the-envelope calcs last cycle.

Indonesia up 1-0 at halftime. Up 2-0 on the aggr. Singapore needs work on their set pieces.

Vietnam beat Tajikistan 7-0 to become the 10th team qualified to the AFC Women's Asian Cup. Still TBD are groups A and D, both of which won't be decided until Oct.24

The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has confirmed that the National Anti-Doping Organisations (NADOs) of North Korea, Thailand and Indonesia have each been declared non-compliant with the World Anti-Doping Code.

As a result, the 3 countries now face strict sanctions:

    • Not allowed to be awarded the right to host any regional, continental or World Championship events by any Code signatory for a year or until they are reinstated, whichever is the longest period.
    • National flags also cannot be flown at major events other than the Olympic and Paralympic Games for as long as the NADOs are non-compliant.
    • The NADOs also lose their WADA privileges and are ineligible to stage any event hosted, organised, co-hosted, or co-organised by WADA.
    • Representatives from the trio will be unable to serve as a member of any WADA committee or its Foundation Board
Thailand and Indonesia already qualiffied for AFC Cup 2022, North Korea withdrew.

Unless FIFA finds some loophole or said NADOs comply with WADA, women teams from those countries won't be able to play in AFC Cup (at least not under their own flag).

Looks like Thailand and Indonesia (non-compliant with WADA) will make an appearance in this Asian Cup but will be barred from participating in next major tournament (including qualifiers) until compliant with WADA.

Both would probably participate in the AFF Championship if it's still happening at the end of this year.

Indonesia is still the host for 3 AFF events this year.

    AFF Under-19 Championship
    AFF Under-16 Championship
    AFF Under-18 Women’s Championship

    https://www.aseanfootball.org/v3/indonesia-set-to-host-three-major-aff-events/

Australia is participating in 2 of those tournaments.
