The fifa ranking has an error. Iran should be the runners-up and Japan should be listed as the third best team in Asia.

Honestly, Japan and China are neck and neck in skill. While China are physically bigger and stronger than the Japanese squad, the Japanese squad are quick and mobile and can buzz aorund like little bees. Nonetheless, both are pretty on par with each other.

    As for China?

    AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Hey Shenhua, calirfy this for me.

A Taiwanese buddy of mine(he hates the Chinese, thinks mainland Chinese and chinese living in Hong Kong are all dogs) told me recently that for the China Summer Olympics, the government over there, to prevent international embarassment has ordered all middle aged men with big guts to never be topless in public. And if they are found topless in public, they will take pictures of them and post them on newspapers. For them to have their photos removed, they need to report to a government office to pick up a t-shirt that they are to wear.

    Now, that is comedy.

Tell that buddy of yours to grow up. Taiwanese ARE Chinese. A lot of them came from the mainland before the Communists took control. Tons of Taiwanese do business with the mainland and HK.

When he said he hates the Chinese, he's virtually saying that he hates his own people. Sounds like he's either a social outcast, a non-Chinese, or he's one of those elderly people who completely despises the Communist party, which is actually more socialist than communist nowadays.

Nothing against China, I respect them, but the fact that you even said China and Japan are about equal shows you need to watch a few more games.

Korea_Fighting supposed to be banned forever if he does anything more. I think he is crossing the line again. He probably can get away with this time!!!!

But BadAzzSnowboarder must be carded.... he started this one. No one can deny it.... you can blame Shenhua. But if you blame Shenhua, you can also blame watanabe2k.... watanabe2ik does nothing. Dark Knight do something..... or else the Asian forum will explore.

Please don't say we start this one as the Koreans tended to say whenever there is a FIGHT. They always blamed the other side. "What's wrong with the Chinese posters... the Japanese posters... the so and so posters...." There are hardly any fight between other nationalities, but it have always been between Koreans and someone else. If it always have to do with Koreans, how can you blame the other nationalities!!!!

Take one look at the World Rivalries forum.... it should be renamed Korean Rivalries. Basically, every other post is between Koreans with someone else.

oh c'mon this place is like a desert with full of dynamite all covered by phosphorous. trigger is all over the place. even splash of water from oasis can ignite it.

leelo started this thread maybe just because i made thread about china's new coach and an iranian player winning award. he might have started feeling jealous. believe it or not it's possible. it's leelo for god's sake

or probably all this "thailand is better than china" (he also made one in rivalry forum as well) was made so that he could conceal his true intention; KOREA NO.1!!

if latter case is true, we all must clap our hand because it's sooo sensational

leelo started it all.... I meant to start a prediction league after reading "Early Bird Asian Cup League Predictions". It was fun when we had the WCQ prediction league. Now, it will not be fun because posters such as Chachi King and Korea Fighting will destroy it.

Hama... what's the name of the Iranian dude? You used to be fun.

Doesnt he always. Whats up with this message board? I thought Looloo was supposed to be red carded and gone for ever. Doesnt this place have any principles????

Well anyway, everyone knows that the FIFA rankings are screwed up because of the way theyre calculated. It doesnt mean much. Japan was better after winning the Asian Cup, and Korea is now better after going farther in the World Cup. At the end of the day, both are good teams who play exciting football and demonstrate why other countries should pay attention to the sport in Asia. Its a waste of time to argue who is "better" since the two are so close in quality that either one of them could win a head-to-head depending on the circumstances.

You guys are seriously overreacting. I have cracked Korea_Fighting's ass on more than one occasion over his stupidity. However, all I see is that he posted the FIFA rankings and color coded the Asian teams. In my view, Homotachi is as big a problem as KF and PenisKing. Unfortunately, Homo doesn't seem to get carded because he's a paying member.

    My own Rankings and Grade

Numerical rankings alone aren't that telling. If you look at grades as well, you can better judge the diffrence between various squads.

I divide Asian teams into 4 categories.

    The top tier are:

    1. Korea Rep. (B)
    2. Japan (B)
    3. Iran (B-/B)
    4. Saudi Arabia (C+/B-)
    5. China (C+/B-) [very likely to improve significantly]

    The 2nd tier IMO are:

    6. Iraq (C+) [future uncertain because of politics]
    7. Qatar (C+)
    8. Bahrain (C/C+)
    9. Thailand (C/C+)
    10. United Arab Emirates (C/C+)
    11. Kuwait (C/C+)

    The 3rd tier are:

    12. Uzbekistan (C)
    13. Syria (C)
    14. Jordan (C)

With the rest below a (C) falling in either the lower level 3rd tier sides or the last tier for minnows...

To understand my grading system, let me give my grades for some teams in other regions:

    Conembol:

    1) Brazil (A-)
    2) Argentina (B+/A-)
    3) Paraguay (B)
    4) Uruguay (B)
    5) Ecuador (B-/B)

    Concacaf:

    1) Mexico (B)
    2) USA (B)
    3) Costa Rica (B-/B)
    4) Honduras (C+/B-)
    5) Jamaica (C+)

    UEFA:

In no specific order, teams like France, Germany, Netherlands and Italy would get a (B+). Teams like Portugal, Denmark would get a (B/B+). Teams like Russia or Croatia would earn a grade comparable to the top Asians (B-/B), while others such as Slovenia would rate just below at (B-).

    and then you say

    "leelo started it all...."

check out that big dumb thread in world rivalries. who started that? did you see that one thread started by sergroves?

you can't really make it the thread starters fault. Shenhua had his own reasons to get back at me for trolling hard against chinese soccer. everyone who takes part in it has faults too. and the thing is, you're one of them.

you "crossed" the line too. leelo trolled against chiense "soccer." you trolled against Korean people.

as for bi tching about carding people, why dont you ask sergroves to be carded before carding anyone in this forum. in my opinion, the thread he started in WR a lot worse.
