This league is something different, havent heard about this league before. You can see that something is wrong with this league if you see who were the champions in recent few seasons: Rilski, Levski, KK Feni and Gilboa Galil. Never heard about these clubs. If you check every season in your Wikipedia link, you will see that only one Croatian participant played in only one season, 2010-2011. The club name is Svjetlost Brod, average Croatian club, behind KK Cibona, KK Zadar, KK Split, KK Cedevita, KK Zagreb. In 2011.-2012. season Croatia did not want to participate anymore, because this is weak league, meaningless. Best clubs of Balkan Peninsula participate only in this league, ABA League. Even this league is not popular, like Euroleague, NBA, or some European national leagues, like Spanish for example. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liga_ABA As you can see KK Svjetlost Brod does not play in this ABA League. In whole region basketball is in huge crisis, talent still exists, but not many great results like in 90s or even before when Yugoslavia participated as one state.
