I honestly don't remember where I spotted this -- Twitter, maybe? -- so don't want to take credit, but anyway what's probably more interesting to you is this short (Spanish) article about a young man from Colorado named Adrian Simons who was apparently playing for Cornella and whose family is in Spain for work. He's expected to join Infantil B next season.

    https://www.sport.es/es/amp/noticias/futbol-base/barca-firma-una-promesa-estadounidense-6841042

Another site has his last name as "Gill" rather than "Simons" as it's reported in the article above.

That would match with the kid in this video:

... and also some other links. Soccer ID Academy seems like a match, since it has a Colorado branch (its founder apparently used to work for the Rapids, now Nomads):

Apparently there's another player in the setup named Simons who, the article says, is not related.

Judging by the birth years of the last set of Infantil B players, I am guessing this means Adrian is maybe a 2006 or 2007.

And let's go with "Adrian Gill" or "Adrian Simons Gill" as his name, please.

I’m going to keep updating this thread because I think it’s fun. I believe that #8 is Adrian. It seems like he had an assist at the 1:50 mark.

Little bit longer version of the clip that @BostonRed posted about a week ago. Gill is #8 and scored 2 nice goals in this Infantil B match:

I believe Gill is on this squad playing in the La Liga Promises tournament starting tomorrow.

They are broadcasting the game of Barcelona, I think they broadcast all their games.

As someone who has been attempting to track Americans playing around the world for longer than I should perhaps admit, it consistently amazes me that in 2018 highlights of preteens are gleefully distributed worldwide by the biggest clubs in the world. It wasn't that long ago (OK, maybe it was, but still) that it was a challenge to get match reports and lineups for senior teams. What a time to be alive.
