    Reminds me of a Family Guy episode where Brian (the dog) and Stewie (the baby) are in Germnay on a tour bus. They are going through Munich and listening to the tour guide give his spiel about the rich history of Germany. Brian asks why there is no recorded history from 1939-1945. The tour guide replys:

    We were on vacation. The whole country of Germany was at the beach.
