Oh you ain't seen nothing yet. I'm getting my stock of Nike shirts ready. And I'll be wearing one at every home game, sitting right behind the goal. So when the team scores.... SWOOSH!

Might have to see if they have the MLS Nike kits and stocking up before heading back home...

and it has to happen soon enough... :)

Let's wait until Adidas actually releases the official uniforms first before getting upset. :D

Everything we've seen in this thread thus far are just various mockups by fans.

    GO SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES!!!

    This just in!!.....Dateline, Wednesday, 2/2.....Saratoga.

Goodsie and all, I stand corrected on the practice kits. I was back at practice today and found I was mistaken about the practice gear....it is still last year's Nike stuff. Tim Hanley was also kind enough to clarify this in a very gracious manner. (Thanks, Tim! ;) )

My apologies to all. However, I am still right there with all of you--anxiously awaiting the grand unveiling of the new kits! It does make me wonder when the guys will get their new gear for their workouts? Florida, maybe??

This makes me EXTREMELY happy!!! :D

"SL: adidas has always done a good job of giving teams their own uniform design. Will this trend continue? Can fans expect some new and exciting designs?

KR: A top priority in this first year of our partnership with Major League Soccer is to give each team their own identity in the League. We have been working hard with each team to develop unique jersey designs, styles, and colors that the players fans will be able to identify with and truly call their own."

    Can't wait!!!!

Got to get one before or by Opening Day. yes!

(I can finally retire that Nike Donovan jersey I've had since 2001. Getting very superstitious about that kit. :D) Cheers!

Next year's jerseys will be purple with a yellow swirly thing over the left side. It will have two neck holes, and be made out of chain mail. It will not be sponsored by Yahoo!, but by Simmons' brand cash register receipt tape. Player names and numbers will be in cuneiform. Otherwise, it will be exactly the same as last year.

I know--you want that Down South shade for the sash: "Abcess-tooth Green."
