Adding to the Crew next year

    A couple thoughts, Crew win phenomenal but the attendance left a lot to be desired. I think we need to go after a right back. We can either do this by going into the draft w/ that in mind or we can acquire one. Personally, I think we should go after Ougchi Onyewu. The former U-17 star is stranded w/ Metz in France. He is young and very talented, and has the ability to get into the attack from the back. We should go after him. Any thoughts.

    Yeah, here's a thought. He's from a suburb of Washington DC, and if he's in the SuperDraft he'll be the highest rated incoming prospect. Even with Reyes, Pope and Prideaux, I cannot see DC United passing on Oguchi Onyewu with the first pick. They could shift someone up to Dmid and play a 4 man back line if needed, but Hudson isn't going to trust the creative central midfielder or the spearhead forward to a draft pick, so I wouldn't be surprised if he goes defense.
