Okay, so the IFA website shows Carn-Saferstein as only having played in a Toto Cup match on August 15. He went 90 minutes for Beitar Tel-Aviv/Ramle and picked up a yellow card. No activity since so he is probably back in the US gearing up for another season with Detroit City F.C.?
