Sorloth was very wasteful with Real Sociedad. That's why they sold him despite having CL football this season. Villarreal is the kind of club strikers usually flourish though as they traditionally play expansive football and create several chances.

I guess Sorloth might be a late bloomer like Joselu. Dovbyk also plays for a team that creates a lot. I think this is their best level. Don't see them doing well at Atlético for example where only Costa/Suarez/Griezmann have got these kind of numbers.

 

Atletico wants to sign either Sorloth or Dovbyk this summer. They wanna sell Depay though Morata isn't clear about his continuity either.

I literally explained he was rebuilding a squad for the first 3-4 years. Or you actually believe Rickie Lambert can beat the likes of Aguero to silverware lol.

Also Pep is crazy in league competitions. Madrid have his number but that is tournament football. He's one of the if not the most consistent and dominating managers in league football.

 

Pep had his greatest team led by Messi in La Liga and even then RM didn't let him 4 in a row. We won the league with 100 points in Pep's final season. Why can't RM beat City in a league race? We are better than Arsenal who were pretty close to City last two years.

 

I really don't make excuses for coaches. Infact I'm harsh at times. But I felt his final vs BvB was tricky with Gotze announcing he is joining them before the final and also getting mysteriously injured.

At Liverpool I think the first cup was lost on penalties and the Europa League vs Sevilla, as much as I don't like blaming one player for a loss, Moreno was really accountable for 3 goals conceded. And lastly, though Madrid were worthy winners, his Liverpool side then was not strong outside their first XI and they lost Salah early on and had Karius pull

 

Such a fairy tale when he can spend what he wants, when he wants without punishment on FFP.

 

We're from a farmers league. RM will struggle in the EPL and those nights at Bournemouth will be a tough ask
