AC Viseu can't participate in the II liga B

    How, and ex superliga today I division Chaves also without permission to sign players, all its needed is for the league to do the same to Rio Ave, and the other two teams from the Superliga, and bring up Beira-Mar the with a lot sacrifice been up to date with the players salaries

    Suprising is that Chaves is in the same predicament. because they haven't paid thier salaries

    and they are in the II division B, they got relegated from the II liga

    I still can't believe Chaves has dropped so much over the last few years. I went to a couple of their games a few years ago :mad:

    The only thing that it is forbiden in Portugal is to have debits to Segurança Social. But How can we proove that? Clubs are in competitions, and they dont pay the players. But If they pay to Government, they can still play. Just See Felgueiras. Dont pay nothing to no one, but plays in II Liga every years... :eek:

    In France, Monaco was about to be relegated, but did something like the portugueses clubs: promises that the things would be better, and shits like that... :(
