Milan is going to have the San Siro faithful rockin as AS Roma come limping into Milano. Roma is down and Milan is disheartened by their loss to Barca in the CL. So, logic dictates that Milan should resolve their emotional issues at the expense of AS Roma. 2-0 to Milan with Sheva and Inzhaghi scoring.

Sorry but Cat isnt INzaghi injured isnt he going to have a surgery. Well i am just stating what i read, but i hope that roma wins just to geth themselves on their feet, and who better to beat than Ac Milan. I think if Montella is on his top game they may be able to do it.

Montella is out with an ankle injury. C(ass)ano will rejoin the club as will Pelizzoli. 2-2 Draw is best I can hope for.

I have a feeling this will be a Beautiful Game.

    3-2 AC Milan

Two From Sheva and one From Kaka.

Totti will score from a piece of Brilliance in the second Half.

Cassano is definitely leaving Roma if not in January in June...I mean...old-man Del Vecchio who scored 1 goal last year over Cassano against a big team like Milan? Cassano should definitely leave. But i am also predicting a win for Milan. 2-1...Shevcenko, Kaka, and a late Totti consolation.

Obviously Del Vecchio isn't better than Cassano.

But it is about time someone taught him that he is not bigger than the club and he can't just throw hissy fits and walk out on his team mates whenever he wants.

He will only become a great player if he puts his b*tchy attitude behind him and puts the team first.

FYI, since it appears regular posters aren't even aware of this service of mine, I post info on all upcoming TV/web telecasts in this thread:

    https://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showthread.php?t=136423

The current week's listings are always in the second post of the thread, which I update whenever the info is available from the networks. And my info has been more trustworthy than soccertv's in recent weeks.

Final score is 1-1, and Milan only manages to gain 1 pt on Juve.

Milan had the first half and Roma owned the second half, I was satisfied, if Roma were to keep playing like this you don't what's gonna happen

Dropping these two points will come back to haunt us later. I still can't believe Milan wasn't up 5-0 at halftime. When the halftime whistle blew I began to worry since if you don't take advantage of a team in disarray you could be bitten in the second half. And when I saw Crespo come on for Sheva at haltime I almost truned off the game because I knew what was coming. Milan ain't ******** w/o Sheva this year. Crespo's and Tomasson's performance proved this even more today. Fortunately it doesn't appear Sheva's injury is that serious. But I will state it again, if Tomasson and Crespo are still playing bad by January then we definately need to sign another striker. Kaka didn't play well either. At the back Pancaro and Maldini were poor. Cafu, otoh, was the MOM. This guy has to be on the juice.

This is the second straight game where Ancelotti has upset me severely...

Not only does he substitute Sheva, our savior, for Crespo, our dud...but he also takes out Pancaro for Costacurta (and he wonders why people lable him as too defensive) and he takes out our best midfielder of the game and season, Seedorf for Rui Costa, who understandbly should have gone in, but for either Kaka, who constantly wants to dribble by three or more defenders, or Pirlo, who seems gutted after a long year (last season, Euro 04, Olympics, this season).

It was getting so frustrating that i wanted Roma to win the game so as to make their players in a better mood to salvage their woeful season. But i know that it wasn't really them that was the problem...any team that plays with grit and determination will beat Milan. I'm sure of it. And that's why Juve will win the scudetto. They play not to score the pretty goal...they play to win for 90 + minutes.

Ancelotti is not making good decisions...with starting lineups, with substitutions, with rotation, with summer purchases and loans, and with tactics. A champions league place is not my concern...Seria A is weak this year and it will take an absolute breakdown from the rossaneri for that to happen. However, our play has been atrocious from Round 1, save for Sheva and Dida single handedly saving us, and i am now of the opinion that is above Ancelotti to seek a remedy. I hope I am wrong, but given his past history of performing better early in spells at Parma and Juve than in his last years there, his infamous reputation is showing through.

    1. It is reported that Sheva was injured and couldn't play the second half. You can't blame Ancelotti for that subsitution because it was necessary.

    2. Pancaro was the worst player on the field. I would have brought on Kaladze instead of Billy but Pancaro still needed to be sat down.

    3. Seedorf wasn't playing well tonight. Rui Costa actually contributed to the attack which is something Seedorf didn't do tonight.

I can't argue with the subs(assuming Sheva indeed was injured). This wasn't Ancelotti's fault. The blame needs to be put to the players. Especially Tomasson and Crespo. How many shots did they miss the entire net with. C'mon, at least get the shot on target. It was horrible watching them up front today.

I respectively disagree Spartak. We saw different games out there.

Pancaro may have not played well, but Kaka was absolutely atrocious. How many times did he dribble in only to either fall down looking for a foul, trying to beat two or three defenders when he had the early pass, or just give a poor touch? Many numerous times. He is in a serious funk, and he needed to be subbed off. Rui Costa would have done a better job taking his position as in my opinion, being the focal point of the attacks. I still can't see why Seedorf was taken out. (you'll have to explain that to me...especially since Pirlo and Kaka were worse...)

Yes, Jon Dahl and Crespo should have taken their chances better, but I'm of the opinion that they too are not complimentary players...in fact i can remember the play that they were both covering the same ground where the other should have been pulling defenders. You see this all the time when Sheva and Tommason play together. (another play i have in my head was again Kaka taking too long with the ball and then passing to Jon Dahl behind him...so that by the time he had to take the shot it was still behind him)

Pancaro and Cafu were getting the flank play through most of the game and when Rui Costa came in, it became non existent. That's because Kaka and Rui Costa wanted the ball played to them. We basically killed the opiton of going to the flank and crossing in to Tommason or Crespo. I wouldnt even say we were predictable...just absolute non-inteligence when it came to attacking.

Maldini and Pirlo were shaky as well, even more so than Pancaro this game. And what worries me is when a team that has more hunger than Roma plays Milan, we are going to get a serious spanking. And deservedly.
