not that they aren't all "must-win" games at this point, but now that it's against a "bigger" team maybe the team will get fired up for the game. with a win, we can tie up with points to lazio. how much longer for allegri if we lose is the bigger question

gazzetta says inzaghi will replace allegri soon, tuttosport says it be will seedorf!

with zapata/zaccardo in the center of defense we're bound to lose another game.

Allegri: "Gabriel and De Sciglio will play from the start against Lazio tomorrow."

Allegri: "Zaccardo and Zapata will play in the central defence against Lazio."

Allegri: "Pazzini should be back in about 20-30 days."

Allegri: "We won't use the 4-2-3-1 formation tomorrow against Lazio. We will continue with the 4-3-3."

Allegri: "I spoke with Balotelli yesterday. He needs to do a lot better. He didn't play a good match vs. Parma."

Allegri: "People need to leave Balotelli alone, and only judge him for what he does on the pitch."

AlegrI: "If we will lose Balotelli in January? Absolutely not. He's a Milan player."

Allegri: "Abate will be right back tomorrow against Lazio. Zaccardo and Zapata in the central defence and De Sciglio as the left back."

Allegri: "I'm sure that Balotelli will deliver a good performance against Lazio tomorrow."

Allegri: "Kakà played well vs. Barça and Parma, but he needs to get into the right condition so that he can play all 90 minutes."

Allegri: "I spoke with president Berlusconi before the Parma match. I will speak with him today or tomorrow morning."

Allegri: "We will soon have all our players ready, and we will be higher placed in the league by christmas."

    - Milan have had 13 muscular injuries since the start of the season (July 8). Constant is the only defender who still hasn't been injured.

If Zapata gets booked vs. Lazio then he'll miss the match vs. Fiorentina. Zaccardo and Vergara would then be the only CBs available.:geek:

This team isn't worth watching anymore. No consistency, no ideas, no leadership, no control of the ball, no technique on crossing, no adequate man-marking in the box, and no clue how to defend or attack on set pieces.

This is a mid-table club at best.

Fire Allegri and put the poor SOB out of his misery.

I agreed with the firing of Allegri. Last season, he was saved by the some individual players(SES then Balotelli). No one is going to save him now.

Good to see more people on board the Gringo train...but even Padre Pio (@Il Ciuccio ) couldn't pull off miracles with this D. When Allegri plays a more attacking formation we suffer, like always, but when he doesn't want to get blown out you can expect formations like these. The bottom line, bringing in another coach won't address things unless they're going to play defensive formations every game!

And let's wait till we beat Barca before letting him go :)

No matter how bad this team is, it's still better than Verona, Bologna and Parma. It's ok if he can't coach, at least motivate the players. Did he do that after we conceded the equaliser? I can't even remember any close chance after the equaliser. Lazio looks more likely to win after that.

If he can't coach and can't motivate, how's the point of him on the bench?
