Thought you kids might be interested in this one. It's a pretty good article, especially considering it was in a US paper. Wasn't even in the Sports section though, it was front page of the Tempo section (arts, comics, etc).

    Claudio...?

Nice article, although I wish they'd credit some of the success to Ranieri as well, not just Abramovich's spending. Is it just me, or does the media underplay his successful management of the lads?

BTW, hello to everyone, as this is my first post.

Perhaps the media over here might do so, however back home they firmly endorse his abilities to lead Chels to success.
He is widely accredited for the rise in lampards level of play and is touted to do the same with the others under his care.

As far as i can tell the only ones that take any swipes are the anti-Chels morons in the Mirror.

    btw...welcome.

Good to know! The piece was just a bit of entertaining reading for us on this side of the pond, I imagine. Still, nice for us to be mentioned in the US press.

Thanks for the welcome, I've enjoyed lurking about and reading so far. ;)
