I disagree. Not only is Quintero capable of occasionally pulling off magic that Chino can't, his style of play is also a better compliment to Peralta. The only advantage I see for Chino is that he is cheaper. Either way, I'd rather have neither and get a better option.

Nike is allowed to use it all they want. The jersey design isn't a trademark. The question is whether Nike would want to as it muddles their branding. If they're real then Nike probably felt enough time has passed from the Adidas ones that it wouldn't be an issue.
