    As most probably know, today was the opening game for Sharks season. Well, working in retail, I come in contact with a bunch of people, and Im not shy, so I make conversation. These two guys came in the other night, wearing Sharks jerseys and hats. So I asked them if they were excited as hell for Wednesday like I was. (I used to go to Sharks games with my aunt when she had season tickets, and LOVED it...but then she got divorced, and the man got the tix:( havnt been since.) Well, I try and watch games on tv, but dont really follow too well. If I had the money, then Id buy season tickets in a heart-beat. I told the guy that I wished I could afford them, but I just cant. I then mentioned that I have season tickets to Quakes though, and love it. One of the guys rolled his eyes at me, and the other guy said..."my friend drug me to their last game of the season against LA kicking and screaming, and I must admit, I had the time of my life. Im already planning to go to a couple more games next season." Hearing those words made my heart melt for Johnny Moore and all the help in attendance he has given. It was a proud moment to be a Quakes fan!!:)

    Sharks play tomorrow...

    They have 10 game plans. The behind the goal seats for 10 games will cost in or around $200. A full season still costs a lot, the lowest price about $900, but the smaller packages were designed for the fan who can't make it to every game...

    If you are planning on sitting on the lower bowl it will cost you a fortune. If you don't mind sitting up in the rafters and having now to look at black netting it's still affordable...

    The Earthquakes (and CyberRays) are still the most affordable entertainment for a full season ticket package. The Sharks have become the darlings of the South Bay when there wasn't a major league team and have stuck it it since... That will change soon with the Quakes taking a share of the spotlight...

    Wow, your seriously so cool Ringo how you are in love with Landon and how you are an Avs fan. You almost compare to Topper.

    Back on Subject.

    Sharks will punk on
    Detroit tommarow.

    Thank god I am going to the game.
    I only have one ticket though.
    Have to find a ride :D
    Oh well..

    man, don't compare me to topper .... that's wrong under any circumstances. I moved here from colorado. I gave up the rapids for the quakes but that's all I can give up. I have no problem with the sharks, I just like the Avs better.
    besides, if nabokov doesn't get in soon it could be a long season. he's the real deal. enjoy the game tomorrow and I hope the sharks take it to the red wings, the most vile of all nhl teams (the galaxatives of the nhl if you will).

    Really love the Avalanche as well (though a few would like to call them the Crap-a-lanche)...

    Not a team I would follow that much, but they have skilled players and talent--also they refused to stand down to Eric Lindros...

    Forsberg = 2 Stanley Cups...
    Lindros = a whiney a** with none...

    They are also allies in the effort to defeat the Evil Empires Red Army Wings and Dallas Lone Stars...

    Cheers!

    &nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp Yeah, I suppose that it's better to change his mind by dragging him to an Earthquakes game rather than by drugging him.

    &nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp GO EARTHQUAKES!!! [IMG]

    Actually, it might help attendance to start offering drugs.
