Jay-Z is an investor in the New Jersey Nets, not the New York Jets.

Your still ducking the question? :D Or maybe you don't understand how empty some MLS staduims are during games. 20,000 is considered a great crowd in MLS(and at quite a few clubs in Europe and South America). So I don't know why you keep pointing to numbers greater then that for the international exhibitions to prove your point.

Again you don't really understand that it's not just fans of Europe. It's fans of Mexican and South American teams that also ignore MLS. For every soccer fan the supports MLS their might be 40 that support other teams and leagues outside the US.

completely agree. Just the MLS Cup should be a play-off tournament from all 3 divisions of MLS with the 1st division teams entering the tournament in the second round or so.

The relegation/promotion format will make the league way more interesting, and teams in the lower divisions will really fight to get those promotion spots. Also bottom teams in the 1st division will fight relegation, instead of just giving up, beacuse next year they'll still be there with the format they have now.

I've said it once I'll say it again. Without a prominent Continental championship like the Champions League, single table is absofvckinlutely pointless. Sure it will make matches at the beginning of the regular season more exciting, but by the end of the season, you will have what the Premiership has. 1 team unchallenged, 3 more to fight over European places, maybe 1-3 more to fight over the scraps of a UEFA Cup berth, and 4-5 fighting to avoid relegation.

At most, you are looking at a meaningful league campaign for just over half of the teams in the league. And sorry, but the Concacaf Cup is NOT a meaningful competition, at least not on the level of Libertadores, UCL, and even the UEFA Cup.

Pointless, and will kill walkup sales.
