Australia had apparently decided to make a base for it's national team in Europe. The chocie ground seems to be Madejski Stadium in Reading. Should Canada adopt a similar plan and set up a European base of it's own?
curious.... I'm curious as to what is the nature of this agreement? Will Australia use the field once, 5 or 10 times a year? Don't get me wrong, it would be good for our Euro-based nationals to have a place to call home but will it make a difference? The "home" games would be nice to gather some revenue but again how many Reading fans will show up for a Australia v. Litchenstien?
