I think a new one is in order, the first one suffered from a lack of options.

I thought "other" was sufficient, considering the fact that Donovan was the only guy on the field that, if removed, would have changed the result to a loss for the Quakes....in fact, if you put alvarez or Russell in place of Ching or Mullan, i'm not sure the Quakes don't win 7-3.

"other" did not cut it, ldb.

Again, I lobby for Goose, who constantly stifled the opposition, and curved it like Roberto Carlos to put us back in the game.
Who else worked both ends of the field to get us the "W"?

Like I said before, Agoos nullified his brilliance by almost creating goals for the Crew.....No way is he MOTM. Same for Mullan and Ching, If you suck alot during the game and then you do something brilliant (in Ching's case, score on a gift sitter from Donovan)(in Mullan's case a shanked cross that went in.....which he honorably admitted), you don't get MOTM.

Stop right there. "Other" in your poll is winning 2-1, which to me pretty clearly indicates that it wasnt sufficient.

What? You can't "list below"? Or is it the admission of insanity you have a problem with? :D

I wish a tape of this game were available because you really ought to go back and watch the job that Ching was doing winning every highball in the midfield, particularly in the first half. The Crew eventually gave up trying to challenge him. He was consistently jumpstarting our offense. This is so different from the Graziani-De Rosario-Cerritos era. He'll only get better at this as he meshes with Donovan, but they've already made great strides in communication.

Lots of people used to dis McBride because they only paid attention to shooting.

Plus, beating a keeper who's charging out of his net toward you is no easy task, I'm happy Ching converted once. (Now Mullan on the other hand....)

I agree Ching had a good game.....not great.....not bad......good. My point is that there is no way he is MOTM, that's all. Donovan had a great game and if it weren't for the inability of his fellow players to finish, he'd have had a career game in the points dept, not only that, he got the game winner.
