It has been brought to my attention via the trusty reliable PM that I've been a royal fsck-up in the mod department, and I've let too much go in the way of personal backbiting in this forum for far too long. That ends here and now. This is a forum to discuss Philadelphia Charge soccer news, games, players, and what not. It is not a license to spew venom towards fellow fans (and others who may be affiliated with the team who check in from time to time). To everyone who has posted here, and to those who are boycotting the forum at present for their own individual reasons; I will make every effort to improve things to the point where I hope there will be no division among our ranks. Three things that you should understand from here on out. Effective immediately, 1. Anyone who engages in a personal attack of another poster is subject to editing of that post by me. You can talk about their opinion of an issue, just don't call them a moron or idiot or whatever. The BigSoccer forum guidelines clearly state, "Do not make derogatory or prejudicial remarks or attack others personally for their postings."; I have received PM's from people who say regulars here (some still here, some who have moved on) go overboard in going verablly postal on those who disagree with them, just to set the record straight; 2. If someone does it a second time, the post will be reported to BigSoccer, and a PM sent to the person to please refrain from personal attacks in future posts; 3. This third time will not be the charm, as I will recommend a yellow card be issued for anyone who posts a personal attack a third time. I'm sorry that it's come to this, but that's the way it has to be. Check your venom at the door, and that includes me along with you. We are in the business of trying to get folks to post here without fear of being flamed and trolled. I have been neglectful in that area. It's no fun anymore to drop by this forum; I think all of us agree on that. There's enough blame to go around, and it starts with me. Let's all make this place better, OK? Paul
