To be or not to be. How does an A-League or PDL make it without the support of your local youth soccer league? or can they? Silverbacks enters aggreement with three of the largest youth soccer associations in Atlanta. Total youth base: 6,000 youth players. I smell season tickets buyers to finance my team or my new stadium, is this the real purpose? how can an A-League team manage 6,000 youth soccer players? or can they?

But, in all seriousness, many of these ALeague \ PDL teams have access to Super Y league or can establish their own youth systems underneath. How can they do it without pissing off the local soccer clubs that feel that the A-L or PDL team is taking its best players away?

    Any suggestions?

In orlando, the CF Kraze PDL team kinda of merged with one of the local youth/adult soccer associations. It is a symbiotic relationship with both gaining from it. Kraze get instant fans, Youth club gets trainers.
