We'd have to see the actual engravings themselves, but I can almost guarantee they are on the casing and not the bullet itself. Assuming that I'm correct, then, no, the engraving would not impact the flight of the bullet. It may impact the ability to get the ammunition in/out of the weapon, but the bullet is independent of the casing

I know the common vernacular is that the bullet covers the entire object that you put into a gun, but a "bullet" is just the metal slug that is sent out of the gun when the trigger is pulled.
