After seeing the clips of his goal and assist, and reading about the match it's clear the he can/has: Finish Take on multiple defenders Fantastic ball control Is hungry for the goal Pass and set-up teammates Has the deadball skills to take all the corner kicks Is tough(13 year old getting hacked and goes 90 minutes) But: I'm concerned his game may not be complete enough. You say he's only 13 yo and playing against 16 yo's, but until he starts scoring with his head while simultaneously playing keeper and taking tickets, I'll remain skeptical. I'm still trying to figure out his last touch before shooting the ball for his goal. It was oh-so-subtle whatever it was
Don't forget selling popcorn. Until somebody can prove to me he has the ability to sell popcorn, I will assume he can't. Not saying it makes him a bad person, but it's an obvious area of concern.
And not to be REALLY nit-picky, but he's also too young to sell beer. So, there, he also needs to demonstrate his prowess with a case of beer hanging from his neck.
Good Point still: We should probably start a new thread regarding the quality of Freddy's character; we don't want any cancers on the U-17 team. I've heard he's not very neat and doesn't always make his bed. This may not be an issue but it could BECOME one. Does anyone know a good private detective/developmental psychologist we could retain to look into this?
The great thing about Adu is when my daughter turns 18 - and I'm going to make her be a gymnast/swimmer just for Freddy - Freddy will be about 35-40. He'll no doubt still be getting mad poon, but he will have time to impregnate my daughter. This will result in my very own grandson playing in a World Cup. If she has a female we must redo the process all over.
BORING. This guy's already the greatest player on earth. I want to know about Freddy: ADU II. (March 7th, everywhere...)
Re: Re: A few concerns about Master Adu (R) Heave, definately heave. You can laugh after though if your still inclined.
He can't be that good-he doesn't have a shoe named after him.... Coming soon.....the Adu-lator from Nike.
My 3 year old came up with "Freddy the Dooo!"; he needs some kind of absurd haircut to go with that nickname, though.
