I know I saw somewhere the new Crew jersey. I've gotta get it soon. Every site out there has a mix and match of jerseys. It's ridiculous. Some times they have just a few teams. Sometimes they are flooded with unofficial jerseys from Xara or some other company trying to make a buck with some sh-t looking gear. Is there no site that has all the jerseys from every team in every size? MLS merchandise is rubbish by the way. I wrote to them about 4 years ago and told em to fix it and they replied saying they had alot of merchandise and more ideas were on the way. Unless you love bobbleheads your fcuked. I have to buy beer glasses. I would pay a bit extra if they had a Crew logo. I have to buy dress shirts. I'd much rather have one with a Crew logo. I have to buy toilet paper. I'd much rather get some with a DC United logo on it. Get my meaning?

they are... an on-line store was to be launched a month or so ago but it has been in "mls HQ limbo" due to some new things going on at mls HQ that conflicted with what the team was gonna do.

So just another store where they wil sell bobble heads and cheap $5 balls with Crew logos to kids. It's baseball fan stuff logod up Crew style. Go to Villas club shop sometime. When I went (to buy tickets, not merchandise) they had Benito Carbone t-shirts as they had just signed him...villa cola....villa everything. What will we have? Felt pennants and **********. A 2001 season review tape.

As much as I want it to be Chelsea MegaStore like, or even Cleveland Browns mini store like, I'm expecting Columbus Crew store like, like in previous years. The Crew have done nothing to impress me. Even The Battery have a better store.
Valid point. They had a store in 98 or 99. Then they "took it down for maintenance." Then we heard all that stuff about licensing issues. Then we got the bobbleheads-r-us. Now we hear how they're gonna change it. But this, I actually do believe. The week after the Dayton game, I stopped by the stadium and the store was completely gutted. It's actually been gutted since the College Cup, if not before. But I actually believe something's up. Hopefully we'll have a wider selection of t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc. The Crew could make serious cash by selling game-worn jerseys, but IMO, the players would have to stop throwing them into the stands after games.
It hit me like a ton of bricks yesterday when I was tanning. We need a Columbus Crew csock to protect the family jewels when you tan.
