Just wondering...was Craig Capano the only '85 in Residency? That's an extremely talented age group but was everyone else born in '85 a late bloomer? I can't come up with any other '85 that was in Residency...

Hunter Freeman and Josh Villallobos, both 85s, were in residency in the second cycle.

It wasn't until the next cycle that a significant number of odd-birthyear kids got invited (16). At the moment, it appears that Feilhaber and Kamani Hill are the top 1985 prospects. Not a great vintage by any means. But if Feilhaber ends up being the next JOB or Reyna, it will be a good one. By my lights, one outstanding player is enough to make a vintage a good one. More than one is needed for a vintage to be designated a great one.

Speaking of Capano...what the heck happened to him?!? I know he had a ton of injuries with the Fire, where is he playing now? I know he got cut from NY Red Bulls not to long ago, does anyone know if he caught on somewhere else?
