This statement comes out about a week after the game and they're using phrases like "it appeared that Kljestan checks with Vasoli.....". Someone from PRO obviously speaks to the crew after each game, so they know what happened. Otherwise, it would be a pretty harsh statement to stay that there's a "collaboration with the attacking players to conspire against the defending team", when it could have been possibly the AR telling Chapman that the play was good so that he didn't whistle it dead.
I agree that they've had plenty of time to actually talk to the officials and ascertain exactly what happened.
So what does that have to do with anything? PRO is the one which came out and said the play was illegal.
