Season starts earlier this year so we have to, too. Maybe brew on 3/2 (latest brew time that day is 4 PM - some other teams playing that day). Bottling on the 16th early enough so we can then adjourn to the Nashua Garden to catch the 5 PM PUnion-NER match. For people newer to the boards, we brew at IncrediBREW in Nashua, NH. Cases (12 bottles, 22oz each) come out to just under $40 per case, including bottles and our personal labels. Each batch produces 6 cases - you get a mix, but feel free to swap for your fave (if you're trading one of my fave ). Here's IncrediBREW's Beer List... And their Beer spectrum (big .pdf) Who's in?
I vote for the Whisky Barrel Porter and the Oatmeal stout, (though I'm sure I will get voted down by the people who constantly want to do the Russian Imperial) also the Tennessee Red sounds good!
I suggest the oom-pah pilsener and Ernie's bock Away on business on 3/2 and 3/16 Will buy a case Aloo mutter for lunch?
My Favourite Märzen or Czech Pilsner are good brews that will tickle the palettes of beer snobs and Budler Lite drinkers alike.
View attachment 10625 Ahem, Dear Mr Patfan1 I can assure you, there are NO weak bier's in my personal bier cellar. I draw on my extensive research in only the finest Bier Gartens
Go for beers that taste like beer -- no syrupy sweet or coffee, fruity flavors. Stella Our Try might pair nicely with warm spring days slaving over the Weber. Arrogant Brewer gets the train out of the station on time. No worries from me with Whiskey Barrel Porter, Flagship IPA or Beavertooth maybe?

I liked the My Favorite Marzen, we did that last year. I did not like the Czech Pilsener at all, we did that one the first year we brewed.
According to the Union schedule, the Revs play on the 16th at 5pm (the Revs still say TBD). So ... brewing on the 2nd at 11:30, bottling on the 16th at 2:30, which should get us to the bar just in time for the Revs game!
My neighbor is in for three cases again. He's checking his work cohort to see whether there are more interested. It'd be nice to get us back to six kettles. Even if we do our three kettles and they do theirs.
I'm in for three cases, (not a marzen fan) PLUS the design, print and production of two label sets (pay me for the labels instead of Incredibrew)
