about to get real with adama on. i would be wary of subbing off attackers. maybe move mount back deeper

I forgot to look for Traore. Why wasn't he starting? Chelsea lucked out in that regard. Could provide an extra layer of peril this half.

what chelsea needs from our boy is possession and helping back to cover for alonso. no goals/assists needed.

I've always liked Giroud. One of my favorites on the French team.

Clearly Wolves were prepared for Pulisic (and are generally always prepared defensively) and CP hasn't been good - maybe should've slowed up a bit sometimes, although the directive seems to be for him to try and make things happen. But dang, you some of you guys are so dramatic. Nobody on Chelsea really looked good before the last few minutes of the half. Giroud seemed to find it equally tough to do his job (couldn't control balls, hold up the ball, getting offsides). As long as CP is the main guy/ only guy and Chelsea can't break down disciplined teams he will have games like this.

Watching James try to shoulder Traore off the ball was legit funny.

Traore looks the way Bryson DeChambeau thinks he looks.

dave knows when to just boot it long and let the team reorganize. a great trait in a defender

What definitely won't be said enough is how Caballero's confidence and composure just radiates forward to the defense and raises all of their play. It's palpable.

yeah chelsea needs to possess the ball like that because the defense looks shaky as ever once wolves get a chance to attack
