Training in 20 mins, hopefully it doesn't take until Friday morning to finish.

First PM pops should start today as my excel PM trainee's jump to formidable. Would be nice to see form recover a little from last week's stamina training too.

I started training strikers, all of my trainees are passable except one (solid). That'd be awesome if I got a pop or two tonight. :D

BTW, how can you tell if a striker is about to pop? For keepers you can use www.hottrick.org but I don't see anything for strikers on there.

Hopefully it won't be as bad as last week.
I think this is a good sign. A week ago there were 10 or so updates listed while our training was taking place.

Now it looks like Denmark is done with training, it's just us and Mexico.

edit: Now Denmark is training again. Crazy Danes...
edit again: Now after clicking my hattrick twice I get this:
    Jerks are getting double training.

    Took a form beating...mostly scrubs though. +5/-12.

2 PM pops though. One of which was the trainee I bought this week to excellent. I don't really need him though...should I sell him at wretched stamina or hold on to him through off-season stamina training? Will the value go up that much from wretched to poor?

Form +3/-4 no important changes. No pops, none were expected. Pretty boring.

Well no important pops, I say that, cause my 5th string forward popped to poor PM

Form though was amazingly good +10/-1 the one minus was the coach. I had 4 players, go to excellent form, another three go to solid

Spent a week doing short passes, which got me 1 pop. Got an experience pop as well. Form sucked.

Two pops to Formidable for a couple of my wingers. Will be holding on to them until at least Outstanding for one and Brilliant for the other.

    Form was great!!! +5/-0

Background TSI movement only saw three of my non-trainees drop. :D

Both my keepers popped. 19yo Miguel Choate is now BRILLIANT!, and 17yo Edgar Jones is now Formidable.

The keeper tool works because most GK's only have one skill that is high. The rest are so low that they don't have much affect on TSI. With field players it's a lot harder to tell based on TSI because any secondary skills will inflate the number.

Some of the manager programs try to guesstimate when your players will pop based on the training they get each week. This is only really useful once you have a known pop to start from. Example: if a winger pops this week, then he should pop again in 7 weeks (depending on player age, coach, if he plays, etc..)

Pretty good week, form was good +7/ -2.

I had a 17 yr old PM trainee go to passable and he has solid passing. :D

wow got 0 pops, and a guy i got earlier this season who has yet to pop in HF says 99.5% training, and he didnt pop. form was +8/-3 though so thats nice.

edit....mother ********er. turns out i accidentally ran a 3-3-4 in the friendly b/c one of my useless wingers got accidentally put on extra forward, so i lose all training for the week, even for the league game. damn if that isnt the most ********ing annoying thing ever.

Ugh. Form was +1/-7, including drops for my best IM, my two best forwards, and two levels off of the guy who'd just established himself as my no. 2 winger. The +1 was for my backup goalie. Ugh.

One skill pop and form +8/-4. Not to forget the one experience pop there was as well. Background TSI movement was also quite positive. Pretty nice.

Is that the youth pull you thought about selling a few weeks ago? Cool.

    No, that was this guy:

    Sahap Belek
    TSI = 700 , 17 years, solid form
Has disastrous experience and poor leadership abilities

    Stamina: poor Keeper: disastrous
    Playmaking: passable Passing: solid
    Winger: poor Defending: wretched
    Scoring: weak Set Pieces: poor

My youth pull a few weeks ago was this guy:

    Peter Burns
    TSI = 1 070 , 17 years, solid form
Has disastrous experience and weak leadership abilities [Quick]

    Stamina: inadequate Keeper: disastrous
    Playmaking: inadequate Passing: solid
    Winger: wretched Defending: weak
    Scoring: weak Set Pieces: weak

I thought about selling Belek for a few moments as I can get betgween 500 to 650k for him right now but decided if I wait and sell him and burns later at the same time I can pull in 3 to 5 mil and upgrade.

The worst form I've ever had...

    +7/-14

only good news is that 2 IMs went up in form but overall I was +3/-8 in starters.

my coach popped in PM - this is getting bloody annoying.

I did get 2 legit pops though... 20yo to excellent and my solid winger 18yo went to passable PM...
oh, one experience pop for a trainee and one of my wingers just lost defence... time for him to be sold... just as soon as i get his form up...
