    Actually, this year it is the first Persian Gulf League (PGL) and not the 6th IPL. They changed the name ahead of this season.

    Has ended. Saipa are champs and will be one of the two Iranian representatives at the ACL next year.

    LOL! No, it is actually worse!! The top two may be three teams win, win, win and the rest lose!! The race against relegation is ususally more exciting than the race for the championship!! ;)

    I was funning of course, but Iranian clubs suffer from bad managment. So it is crabshoot from one season to the next. AFC is not any better.

    For example Asian Champions Leagues semi-finals for 2006-07 season will be played during 2007-08 season!

    Because of that it is very hard for clubs, especially Iranian clubs, to build a good attacking team and hold it together for more than one or maybe two seasons.

    These are only top 15 goals in SS/PP games. The guy who made it said himself that he only took goals from the games shown on TV, which are mostly PP/SS games. So the goals in this video should not be considered the "top goals".
