Hertha PK to make it 2-2, and now we see if RB just try to hold the point from here.

Maybe because he's not a right back.

I just instructed you about his history there. He's been a successful right wing back, arguably his best season in MLS, before a stint inside in between. Bolstered his development there and hindered it outside. So if he kept getting experience out there he'd probably be re-trained before too long, but in the interim he's probably best inside.

He barely played RB/RWB in MLS. He was central at the U17 and U20 levels, too. There's a reason for that.

He played an entire season at rwb for Jesse Marsch. Posted his highest WS rating of his 3 seasons there.

I suspect you mean the 2017 season. That's the only one when he played RB. He did so in only a handful of games. In many others, he was a RM in Marsch's 3-3-3-1 system.

A RM in a 3-3-3-1 sounds a lot like a RWB to me if you mean something like this:

    ----------GK----------
    ----CB--CB--CB----
    RWB---DM----LWB
    ---MF--AM--MF-----
    ----------FW-----------

And looking over the 2017 lineups from the link you posted, assuming they're accurate, it looks like they did play something like that for a stretch:
