The Central Division has two Open Cup spots but our GD I think hoses us, even if we got a win. But I have not sure, I haven't looked at the Great Lakes portion of things yet. Boulder thrashing St Louis 6-0 last night helps tho. Maybe a win tonight and we can get through on head to head with St Louis and GD with someone in the GLs. Go Menace! Post a score when you got one.
Just looked and it appears we could have had a chance... if Michigan had beaten Ft Wayne, instead of drawn, and then lost today to Cleveland and we get the win against the Fire Reserves.
CFR 2- Menace 0, CFR qualify for the USOC. I got to the match directly after the Fire - Crew match & missed the first 30-35 minutes & both goals, the first of which was 3 minutes in. The Menace were on their heels the entire time I was there & I don't recall CFR keeper Brad Guzan making a save.
