in other funny news - arse WITH THEIR STARTING 11 on the field, is getting schooled by Bradford City... lawl. Down by a goal and it could be a good bit worse. Easily could be 2 or 3 by now.

O'Shea was solid for Sunderland, blast from the past, Ritchie Jones came in for Bradford. Arsenal defender was murdered (Vermaelen specially) by their forward Wells.

9th straight pen shoot out win by bradford. They were really solid for a large part of the match.

Duke and Wells both very strong all match, def don't see those two staying on that squad for very much longer.

And yet they're only 2 points off of 4th place in the league with a superior goal difference.

    Weird season.

Yeah, the BPL is in a downcycle alright.

It would be nice if United could step things up a bit transfer-wise and tactically and truly start toying with teams. There's an opportunity to break some records.

typical johno, take it to the extreme and then condemn it. i never said that and you know it. if it such a risk you would think the small clubs wouldn't chance it either as it probably hurts them more regarding wages/relegation etc.

I'd imagine since the big clubs don't want players who could be deemed damaged goods it gives the smaller clubs some strong negotiating power and they potentially get a high calbre player they wouldn't be able to sign in a normal situation.

For a smaller club the gains from the risk are much higher.

I'm going to ignore all the stupid shit in your post and tell you that I would really appreciate it if you would not reference my mother, ever again. In fact, as a means of maintaining some mental health, I'm gonna put your stupid ass on ignore.

lol. The top teams are going through a poor patch. Doesn't mean the bottom teams have become easier to toy with.

Have 10 bottom teams from BPL and 10 bottom teams in La liga in a 20 member league right now, and and am pretty sure most of the top 10 in that league would be from the BPL contingent.

Look at the likes of Swansea poaching Chico and Michu along with Laudrup on the cheap due to greater money and pulling power. Southhampton got Gaston Ramirez who was wanted by Inter/Juve openly.

Doubt Juve and Inter had 12 million pounds between them :)

not sure if anything on here will make a difference to you man, but on the off chance it does even a little bit, you know better. considering where you are from you know how the mother references can escalate.
