Uhh, Carter barely won against a party tainted with Watergate, and a candidate who pardoned Nixon.

Gore had "the greatest economy in history" and still lost. It should've been a landslide win with all the factors in his favor if he was even a decent candidate. He was horrible. America wasn't going to elect a guy with a questionable lisp.

I said Keyes was going to wipe up the floor with Obama in debates, which he did if you saw any of them. I never said Keyes would win the election, as a matter of fact I said he would lose because Illinois was a socialist state.

Probably when the GOPs stop welcoming guys like Trent Lott and Dick Cheney into positions of power.

And yet the Democrats welcome former Grand Wizards of the Klu Klux Klan with open arms. Even call them "statemen" and put them in positions of leadership.

Keyes won the debates? You're a laugh riot. I did see them and Obama made Keyes look like the nutball he is...easily.

Wrong. The Republicans disowned Duke. The Democrats embrace their former KKK member.

I don't think Republicans really wanna make it a precedent to hold pols' 20s against them, but hey, if you wanna do that, bring it on.

And please write your ringing denunciation of the president.

I think getting a load on and sitting behind the wheel of a car at 20 is a little different than donning a white sheet while sober at 20.

Okay, that's one. Shall we go through the list of racists and Dixiecrats now in the Republican Party? I'll bet the list is about 1,000-to-1 for the Reeps.

Did Keyes play well in Peoria? Is Carbondale really socialist?
