I would have thought the roadblocks would be the same (their name was Richard M. Daley, II). I believe the Fire's new SF lease (which, to Daley's credit, included piece of ancillaries) only allows the Fire to leave if the new stadium they move to is in the city. But then, Daley was trying to sell a stadium renovation when he put the screws on Arlington Heights to keep the Fire there. Maybe now that it's actually built, he doesn't care anymore.

No they're not. The ACL is the Anterior Cruciate Ligament. This ligament originates in the posteromedial aspect of the lateral femoral condyle and inserts anterior to the tibial spine. It is composed of two separate bands and the tensile strength is only half that of the posterior cruciate ligament. While the LCL is Lateral Collateral Ligament. This is a thin, almost cord-like structure and provides 70% of the varus stability for the knee. That is, the side to side movement of the knee. The MCL is the Medial Collateral Ligament. The capsule of the joint is reinforced at certain points to provide stability to the knee. The medial collateral ligament provides 80% of the resistance to valgus motion and also helps secure the medial meniscus to the tibia. And finally, the PCL is the Posterior Cruciate Ligament. It originates from the anterolateral aspect of the medial femoral condyle and inserts at the posterior surface of the tibial spine. Myself, I am missing the ACL in my right knee due to a knee replacement. The prothesis itself take the place of the ACL so I have no stability problems.

The fact that is apparently just starting to happen again is a joke. Complete joke! All we need to put this is the category of ludicrous stature is for them to place 60-90 days on the end of that announcement!
Wasn't there some recent construction at Miegs Field? There must be enough room out there for a new SSS. Just imagine, you could have one end of the stadium with an open end zone and folks could watch the game from boats and then scramble to grab Puma balls on errant shots.
