Where: Downtown Britannia Arms, near San Pedro Square When: 1pm PST The Downtown Britannia Arms will be showing the DC United vs. San Jose Earthquakes game this Saturday at 1pm PST and all Quake fans are encouraged to attend. The back patio is closed for a private party from 12-1pm but the entire establishment will be open for Quakes fans at 1pm. The MLS Cup trophy will be on display and some raffle items are going to be available. Club Quake members get a discount on food. If you are not a Club Quake member, this is a great time to come and sign up. Go Quakes!
(bump) Although, I won't be able to make this (I've got my own little private soiree planned), they really want this to be huge. So if you're down in San Jo and you want watch the game with other fans, this is the place to be!
SF is very nice. I wanted to go to SJ, but I have to head to 2 events so it's the Kezar and then a going away party for some family friends in Pacifica. W, go to the one in SF--I know about SJ but it's closer and it's just as much fun with the lads and lass! If I recall there's a lot across the street to park. I'll be driving to this one instead of my usual BART to Muni rail. and for the SJ gang, drink one for us eh! Cheers!
